PAYMENT METHODS & DELIVERY

What are the payment methods available?

We only accept payment by transfer via online banking or manual cash deposit.

Once you have placed the order kindly also transfer the payment on the very same day you placed the order.

Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

We're sorry to inform you that cash on delivery (COD) is not accepted as our payment method. In fact, we do not accept cash payments at any Mamasab outlets. Payment must be made prior to the start of production.

How will I receive my order?

You can either pick up the items ordered directly at the Mamasab outlet or we will hire a runner to ship your order. Normally, we will hire a runner for order delivery as customers prefer their orders delivered directly to the front door.

How much does it cost to pay for delivery?

Shipping charges apply depending on the delivery distance from the outlet to the customer's location. Orders placed will be shipped to an outlet near the designated location.
