How to place an order?

We accept orders by phone through Email, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. We are available to assist you from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday. While on Saturday, we are available from 9.00 am through 2.00 p.m. We follow the operating hours at each Mamasab outlet as we will send the received order to them. Yet, we still accept any orders placed after outlet operating hours. However, the item will only be received on the next working day.

When you are ready to place an order, you can go to the 'home' section and just click the application button available at upper-right corner either WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram or you can just click the email to order. You can send us a message directly to order. After receiving the message from the customer, we will send a simple format to be filled by the customers.

*Do take note that orders will not be processed until payment has been made*

How long in advance do I need to place my order?

We do not accept instant orders as items are baked fresh on a daily basis based on orders received

• 5 days for “Cute Birthday Cakes” products

• 1-2 days for any other items

You are advised to place an order as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of your item not being processed and received on the desired day. The sooner the better!
